Democrat Health Organization Seeks to Get Away with Patient Abuse Assaults in the Nation's Capital

There was a plan to kill me in order to silence the "Voice of Reason" in the Urban American neighborhoods of the Nation and the Nation's Capitol. When I have submitted this for the reasoning of family, friend and foe, the response has been quite debalitately, humbling. "Who would want to kill you. You're no Charlie Kirk, Mark Levin or Steve Bannon. You are not as prominent as they. You weren't making any money. You had no book deal. You had to beg people to listen! WHY would someone want to kill you and then, cover it up. Ken, I think that would be a waste of tome. Enjoy retirement, thanks to your stroke."

I wasn't broadcasting to become a "Rock Star" on the political Right. I was doing it to reach generations with the Good News of Christianity, Conservatism, Capitalism, Rule of Law, and Individual Sovereignty. I was pretty successful at broadcasting. Maybe too good! The Radical Left took greater notice of me in the Nation's Capital than those on the Right. The key thing is that I was a Voice of Sanity in an Insane City, A dim light still shines in the darkness. Be not afraid!

Overall, the Black community largely rejects modern conservative platforms, largely viewing them as misaligned with Black interests due to their stance on systemic inequality. However, perspectives vary based on age, gender, and region, with growing but still minority factions finding appeal in religious values and economic policies.  The vast majority of Black voters consistently identify with the Democrat Party, with only a small margin (typically around 8% to 15%) supporting Republican candidates. Many in the Black community feel that conservative ideologies ignore the reality of systemic racism, often framing racial disparities as a result of individual failures rather than institutional barriers.  Black conservatives frequently face social friction within their own communities. They are often viewed as out of touch or as prioritizing a political ideology that undermines Black advancement, particularly when they downplay racism or defend police brutality. Approximately 75.3% to 75.7% of all registered voters in Washington, D.C., are registered Democrats, making it the most heavily Democrat jurisdiction in the United States. DC has allocated its 3 electoral votes to the Democrat presidential nominee in all elections since it was first granted voting rights via the 23rd Amendment in 1964.

However, broadcasters like me were beginning to penetrate and disinfect. President Donald Trump has thanked the "unknown" soldiers on the political broadcasting battlefield that helped move the needle in the Black community towards conversatism. We recognized long before others that their was "Gold in them Hills!" There is significant support for "do-for-self" philosophies, economic self-reliance, and school choice, which align with free-market principles advocated by the political right. We understood the mission: Win the Hearts and Minds of the Black community towards the cause of Making America Great Again (MAGA). We were successful on the political battlefield.  There has been a noticeable political realignment among a segment of Black men. Some Black men have moved toward the conservative movement, largely driven by traditional views on masculinity and frustration with liberal "woke" or progressive cultural rhetoric. Black men voting Trump. We Won!


We didn't seek "limelight or ingratiations". We sought the blood, sweat and tears of the political battlefield through independent broadcasting. Real Black Conservatives know Real Black Conservatives. We watched in horror as our White bretheren rushed to anoint Candace Owens as the "Voice of Conservatism to Black America". One moment, she was the darling of The Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC). The next moment, we see her fall from heaven as a lightening bolt. A political pariah of Trump and MAGA!  Trump’s quotes on Candace Owens have shifted dramatically from high praise to harsh personal insults as her public positions diverged from his political agenda:

  • On intelligence and podcasting: Trump labeled Owens, along with several others, as having "Low IQs" and described their content as "Third Rate Podcasts".
  • On character: In a [Truth Social] post, he accused her of having a low reputation and being a "Low IQ individual"

Real Black Conservatives know Real Black Conservatives. We understood the mission: Blood, Sweat and Tears not Limelight and Ingratiations."

Many say use your stroke as reason to retire and keep silent. Some closest to me saw it as opportunity to retrieve their soldier for the good of the home and the community even to the point of obstruction of justice. Obstruction of justice refers to any illegal action that intentionally interferes with the orderly administration, investigation, or prosecution of the legal system. It is a serious crime that penalizes attempts to thwart government proceedings and protects the integrity of investigations, trials, and legal personnel, You are left, haunted with the question, "Who is my neighbor?" Years of being an outcast in family and community can wear on you. Some will obstruct for their bitter peace. "I will wash my hands of  it [this matter]". Or as my sister-in-law would say, "Suffer sucker!"

I say to them that I discovered what God wanted me to do and I will continue. Even if I find one other person. God will be pleased. When foes tell me to surrender, I expect and understand. It stings the heart more when family and friends tell you to surrender. My response will be bolder and louder than ever, as I tell my grandson, "Never Give Up, Never Give In and Never Give Over". The writings remain. Praise GOD! President Ronald Reagan popularized the image of America as a "shining city on a hill" to symbolize a beacon of hope, freedom, and opportunity. Legendary gospel and soul icon Mavis Staples said, "I don't feel like it's time for me to sit in a rocking chair." My Call is to boldly serve, speak, or lead in a way that best protect and promote this shining city.  When the Lord lifts me out of my paralyzed, bed-ridden state, The Voice will return!

Before I explicitly detail how the Democrats and the Radical Left tried to kill but God had other plans, I need to quote an old Negro anthem of the Civil Rights Movement of the 1960's. You know a time when the Grand Ol' Party (GOP) SURRENDERED the Civil Righrs Movement to the Jim Crow Democrats, I sing. First giving Honor and Glory to the Living God, in whom, all things are made possible:

People say to me, "Ken, you survived 5 severe strokes, two physical assaults by nurses, a sexual assault by a nurse, received psychiatric drugs without consent, was misdiagnoed as an insulin dependent diabetic and was kicked out a hospital for refusing to take a black label Food and Drug Administration drug, Metformin. You are a Marvel of Science and Medicine!" I respond, "I am alive by the One True God! I survive at His Will. I am a Miracle of Jesus the Christ, ALL HONOR TO HIM!"

The city I live in is a Democrat stronghold. DC is one of the most solidly Democrat jurisdictions in the United States. Roughly 75% of the city's registered voters are Democrats, and the Republican presence is statistically minuscule. And minuscule is an overexageration! Democrats have held all major elected positions in the District since Home Rule was established in 1974. The mayor and the entire city council, Democrat Party affiliated, and the city’s non-voting congressional delegate is also a Democrat. DC has overwhelmingly supported the Democrat nominee in every single presidential election since it was granted the right to vote in 1961, routinely delivering margins of victory exceeding 80 points. In the 2024 presidential election, over 92% of local voters chose the Democrat ticket. Because the local Democrat party controls virtually every branch of the local government, political battles in DC typically unfold as factions within the Democrat party rather than contests against Republicans. 

Napoleon Bonaparte once said, "If you want to know how effective you are, listen to your opponent's report." In DC, I have nothing but opponents.

Public Activism and Tragedy

McClenton has been a vocal community advocate on the issue of violent crime and the handling of unsolved homicides in Washington, D.C. This activism became deeply personal in May 2015, when his 27-year-old stepdaughter, Charnice Milton, a local journalist who dedicated her work to reporting on underserved D.C. neighborhoods, was tragically shot and killed while heading home from a assignment. 

Following her murder, McClenton and his family used their platform to aggressively push for public awareness and city resources to combat gun violence and clear unresolved homicides in the District.

In warfare, communications are actively taken down, jammed, or severed to blind the enemy, ensure operational security, or protect lives.

The most prominent political figure associated with the MAGA movement who was killed is right-wing political activist and commentator Charlie Kirk. He was fatally shot by a sniper on September 10, 2025, while speaking at an outdoor campus debate at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. Ken McClenton, during an inpatient hospitalization for a stroke, was physically assaulted in his hospital room by a nurse and two orderlies on December 21, 2023. Trump was shot and wounded in an assassination attempt on July 13, 2024, during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Circumstantial evidence is considered substantial when the collective body of indirect facts forms such a complete, unbroken chain of logical inferences that it excludes every reasonable hypothesis except one. In legal terms, it has the same probative value as direct evidence and must be viewed as a whole rather than in isolated pieces.

Coincidence is a strange woman to undress. Coincidences are remarkable concurrences of events or circumstances that have no obvious causal connection but appear meaningfully related. While often feeling mystical or eerie, they are statistically inevitable outcomes of probability, vast datasets, and the human brain's natural tendency to seek patterns. The "Great" Steve Bannon says, "There are no conspiracies, but there are no coincidences."  This implies that the presence of hidden, calculated coordination among political opponents is obvious or will become so.

You are correct. MedStar has a political action committee. 

MedStar Health’s political action committee contributions are predominantly directed toward federal candidates, primarily favoring Democrats (roughly 80-90% historically). MedStar’s DC primary political strategy revolves around civic partnerships, economic development, and lobbying.

Local Impact and Collaboration: Instead of funneling large sums of cash to local D.C. Council candidates, MedStar participates in the DC Community Anchor Partnership (DCAP) alongside D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser, having directed over $1.5 billion into locally-owned businesses. Local businesses, particularly those in the real estate, hospitality, and corporate sectors, primarily contribute to Muriel Bowser's mayoral campaigns through direct financial donations. While corporate contributions to mayoral campaigns are prohibited in the DC, business owners, executives, and political action committees (PACs) contribute up to the legal individual limit, which is $2,000 per election for mayoral candidates. Since Bowser's 2026 announcement that she will not seek re-election, the local business establishment—along with many former Bowser administration officials and city contractors—has shifted its financial support to candidates who pledge to continue her policies.


MedStar Health reports hundreds of thousands of dollars annually on federal lobbying to shape national health policies, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursements, and federal grants.

Political contributions and intense lobbying by the health insurance and pharmaceutical industries significantly influence Medicare and Medicaid policies. While financial contributions are heavily used in "pay-to-play" rent-seeking behaviors. These donations help secure favorable government contracts, higher reimbursement rates, and regulatory slack.

Money couldn't possibly influence the medical and science community behavior or the political influences on or investigations of the institutions or professionals within the medical and science community. Ask your Mayor when was the last time that they did an audit on medical and science organizations on their impact on patient abuse?

If you mean the latest DC government audit touching patient abuse in care settings, the most relevant recent DC Auditor report is the 2023 audit on D.C. nursing homes and COVID outcomes, and there’s also a 2024–2025-era DC Jail report covering violence and inadequate medical care. In 2023, the Office of the District of Columbia Auditor (ODCA) released a report analyzing nursing home outcomes and responses to the COVID-19 pandemic. While the 2023 audit focused on pandemic performance, routine compliance audits by the DC Health Regulation and Licensing Administration (HRLA) historically monitor for patient abuse, neglect, and quality of care. 

In DC, reports on patient abuse and facility investigations are handled by DC Health through the HRLA. Rather than a single overarching document, investigation reports are generated on a case-by-case basis after complaints are filed against specific facilities like hospitals or nursing homes. Good luck filing your complaint!

ODCA  mission is to support the DC City Council by making sound recommendations that improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability of the DC government. ODCA responded to the Department of Health (DOH): "To eliminate errors and the possibility of a nursing home forgetting to report key data to DC Health we recommend daily reporting, to include reporting zeros, to avoid errors. We encourage DC Health to reevaluate reporting regulations to strengthen the integrity of the data for both operational and public health emergency circumstances." IF Nursing Homes "forget" to report key data then, how many other institutions in the medical and science industry "forget" to report key data?

The most prominent recent reports and investigations involving DC patient abuse include:
  • Psychiatric Institute of Washington (PIW) Neglect & Abuse Report: A recent investigation by Disability Rights DC detailed systemic neglect, physical and sexual assaults between patients, unauthorized physical restraints, and chronic understaffing at the facility. These investigations also led to a major class-action lawsuit filed against PIW and its parent company, Universal Health Services, in 2025.
  • Criminal Negligence Indictments: Disability Rights DC's findings prompted a criminal investigation into the November 2020 death of a patient at PIW. Consequently, three former employees (two psychiatric counselors and a nurse) were indicted on felony charges of criminal negligence involving a vulnerable person after it was discovered they ignored the patient's distress for an extended period.
  • DC Office of the Inspector General (OIG) Investigation: Following allegations of home health nurses and aides sleeping on the job—putting vulnerable patients and individuals with disabilities at risk—DC's OIG launched a dedicated investigation into taxpayer-funded at-home patient care.


Do the medical and science community want stricter government oversight or more lax? Hospital leaders and Hospital professionals would all beat their chests and profess that they desire more. However in Democrat DC, the DC Council public hearing listings I found is April 11, 2023 (Committee on Hospital and Health Equity, Vincent C. Gray, former Chairperson). Multiple reports say that former DC Councilmember Vincent C. Gray was recovering from a mild stroke while in office in late 2021. I'm sure the Democrat's patient safety was never in question. No surprise! Patient safety hasn't been a concern for DC since 2023. I wonder if he checked into a hospital that has a political action committee that funds Democrat political candidates?

Since we know that health professionals implore strict oversight on patient safety, do we find the following a curiousity? Healthcare workers are significantly more likely to report incidents of workplace violence against themselves than to report patient abuse, a disparity driven by unique institutional cultures, fear of retaliation, and the normalization of daily stressors. 

A healthcare worker may call a patient abuse incident a workplace violence report to avoid persecution or prosecution. Federal data shows that healthcare workers are at least four times more likely to suffer workplace violence injuries than employees in private industry overall. While incident reporting for workplace violence is climbing due to new prevention laws and advocacy, here is why this trend outpaces reports of patient abuse.

In most jurisdictions, reporting suspected patient abuse as a “workplace violence” incident can be legally risky and may be treated as misclassification or potentially a false report if it’s not actually violence.to avoid persecution or prosecution.

What generally matters legally is:
  • What the incident really was (abuse/neglect by whom, threats, physical assault, coercion, etc.).
  • What you knew at the time and whether the report was made in good faith.
  • Your employer’s reporting rules (and whether they allow categorizing incidents under a workplace-safety/violence process).
  • Whistleblower/mandatory reporting protections (often separate from workplace-violence reporting).
  • If your goal is to avoid persecution/prosecution, the safer approach is typically:
Report the facts accurately (who/what/when/where, evidence, witness statements, injuries).
  • Use the correct category in the incident system (e.g., patient abuse/neglect, misconduct, assault), and—if there were threats or physical violence—note those elements as well.
  • Cite any mandatory reporting duties or applicable internal review/escalation pathway.
  • Avoid speculation; stick to observations and documentation
We would hope that all healthcare workers are of good character. Not all healthcare workers are of good character.


The nursing union at Medstar Washington Hospital Center is National Nurses United (via National Nurses Organizing Committee/NNU) accounting for over 50% of the staff, a majority. National Nurses United’s political activity is generally aligned with Democrat Party  candidates and policies rather than Republicans—e.g., it publicly supports efforts in Democrat-held states and criticizes Republican efforts in political statements. The NNU, the largest registered nurses union in the US, has maintained a highly adversarial relationship with the Trump administration, actively condemning and protesting a wide array of his policies.  NNU has been publicly critical of Trump’s administration and policies, including issuing statements opposing Trump-related actions affecting healthcare, labor rights, and healthcare funding. National Nurses Organizing Committee is generally aligned with Democrats, not Republicans, in their public political positions—for example, they’ve backed actions explicitly framed as countering Trump and Republican efforts of improving the medical and science community. 

The Exceptional Conservative was admitted to a Democrat Health Organization filled with Democrat health workers in a Democrat city. Nothing could go wrong. Right?

Investigative reports by major news outlets like The New York Times and KFF Health News have repeatedly uncovered how patients can essentially become "captive revenue streams," subjected to unnecessary or even harmful practices for financial gain rather than medical necessity. 

Because hospitalized or institutionalized individuals are cut off from the outside world, these environments often conceal dangerous systemic issues. The systemic exploitation and lack of transparency may lead to unreported patient abuse that will lack official, formal investidation.

Cover-up penalties for doctors, nurses, and medical personnel are severe, often involving federal imprisonment, significant civil fines, exclusion from federal healthcare programs, and revocation of professional licensure. These penalties apply to actions like hiding patient abuse, falsifying records, or concealing fraudulent billing. However, in fear of institutional retaliation and other injustices, cover-ups are not unreasonable or unlikely.

Would a Democrat health organization cover-up for a Democrat nurse in a Democrat city?


It’s possible, but it would depend on the facts and the organization’s actions. In general, an organization may try to limit legal exposure (sometimes inappropriately), but coverups can create additional criminal and civil liability for the organization and the individuals involved.

What typically determines whether something is a “cover-up” versus legitimate handling:
  • Whether the incident was investigated promptly and documented
  • Whether mandatory reporting requirements were followed
  • Whether evidence was preserved (not destroyed or altered)
  • Whether staff were pressured to avoid reporting or change statements
  • Whether the nurse was disciplined/removed pending the outcome
  • Whether authorities/regulators were notified when required
Would a Democrat healthcare organization cover-up for a Democrat nurse that has done something illegal in a medical and science institution in a Democrat city? Remember, there are no coincidences. Trust but verify. Red pill or Blue pill?

It can happen in hospitals, nursing homes, or during in-home care, and primarily affects the elderly, children, or those with physical and mental impairments.

Abuse takes several distinct forms, ranging from overt violence to covert manipulation.
  • Physical Abuse: Using physical force to cause pain, injury, or impairment (e.g., hitting, burning, or the improper use of physical/chemical restraints).
  • Psychological & Verbal Abuse: Inflicting mental anguish or distress through intimidation, yelling, threats, or deliberate isolation.
  • Sexual Abuse: Any non-consensual sexual act or inappropriate sexual contact with a patient.
  • Neglect: Failing to provide essential care, supervision, nutrition, hydration, or medical attention, leading to physical deterioration (e.g., untreated bedsores or severe weight loss).

Patient or domestic abuse can lead to murder. In abusive relationships or care environments, violence frequently escalates over time. Physical or emotional abuse causes a stroke in a patient, severe trauma can trigger sudden, massive spikes in blood pressure. This severe physical or psychological stress can lead to the rupture of blood vessels (hemorrhagic stroke) or the sudden tearing of the carotid artery.
  • Sudden High Blood Pressure: Drugs like cocaine, amphetamines, and other stimulants trigger a surge of adrenaline that spikes blood pressure to dangerous levels, directly causing blood vessels to rupture or bleed into the brain.
  • Artery Spasms (Vasospasm): Stimulants cause cerebral and systemic arteries to severely constrict, cutting off blood flow to brain tissue.
  • Infections and Inflammation: Infections can release vegetations or blood clots that travel through the bloodstream and lodge in the brain (causing an ischemic stroke).

Yes, inflammation significantly worsens stroke outcomes by expanding the area of dead tissue and disrupting the Blood-Brain Barrier.The relationship between inflammation and brain damage centers around a destructive feedback loop:
  • Secondary Damage: In the acute phase following a stroke, the brain's immune system triggers an intense inflammatory response. While intended to clear out dead cells, this reaction releases cytotoxic agents (like cytokines and matrix metalloproteinases) that aggressively destroy surrounding, otherwise healthy tissue.
  • Blood-Brain Barrier (BBB) Breakdown: Inflammation increases vascular permeability, leading to dangerous fluid buildup (brain edema) and allowing peripheral immune cells to infiltrate the brain, further compounding neuronal death.
  • A Double-Edged Sword: While acute inflammation spikes the risk of extensive brain damage, research shows that controlled, chronic-phase neuroinflammation actually supports brain repair, neurogenesis, and synaptic plasticity during recovery

The Exceptional One was hit in the stomach by an orderlie causing me to go from a standing position to sprawled position on 4 limbs on my bed. The second orderlie said to the nurse and the first orderlie, with a smirk on his face, "I wouldn't have done that if I were you. Quick, lay him on the bed. Let's go!" Another nurse ran into the room and yelled, "I'll check on you later!" She turned out the lights and ran out of the room. The first nurse returned later to convince me to be silent. I asked her name and she responded, "I don't have to tell you that." When I refused to be convinced, she stated, "Who's going to believe you over the doctors and nurses?" and then, left the room. I laid down that night suffering from a mild stroke but completely mobile. I awakened to paralysus on the left side of my body and unable to move. The morning nurse entered the room and subtly stated, "We thought you were going to die last night!" No doctor had been summoned to care for me during the night. 

My wife came for her morning visit later and asked, "What did you do?" She had been advised by the nurses that I was involved in a workplace violence incident. "Your husband was fighting nurses last night." She believed them. We recently celebrated 27 years of marriage. I can't believe  that she believed them. I must be Lou Ferrigno's replacement in "The Incredible Hulk". That Friday afternoon, Dr. Claudia Brown and the nursing supervisor met with me in my room and apologized for the assaulting nurse's and oderlies' actions and behaviors. The same Dr. Brown who said I would be an insulin dependent diabetic but my blood sugar was 68 upon admission. Even now, my blood sugar has never exceeded 200. In fact, the immediate following Saturday, I was kicked out of the MedStar Hospital because I refused to relent to an intern's plea and demand to take a Metformin cocktail although it was Food and Drug Administration (FDA) black labeled. 

You want to wear that swimsuit this summer? You want to lose 100 lbs.? No longer want a big booty? Then, go to MedStar and become misdiagnosed with diabetes. Your first dose of Metformin is on the hospital. 

A medical misdiagnosis can become Medicaid or Medicare fraud. While an honest medical error or misdiagnosis is typically a matter of medical malpractice, it crosses the line into fraud if there is intent to deceive the government to receive higher reimbursements. What is an FDA black label? An FDA "black box" warning (officially called a boxed warning) is the most serious, stringent safety alert the FDA requires for medications and medical devices. It gets its name from the bold, black-bordered box printed at the top of the product's prescribing information and package insert. A black box warning indicates that medical studies have identified a significant, well-documented risk of serious injury, permanent disability, or death associated with the product's use. As a result of the misdiagnosis, my weight fell from 275 lbs. to 140 lbs. Misdiagnosing diabetes is dangerous! Diagnosing a patient with diabetes who does not actually have the condition is known as a false positive. This error can trigger a dangerous cascade of physical, psychological, and financial consequences, fundamentally harming a person's well-being and masking the true cause of their symptoms.
  • Severe Hypoglycemia: Being prescribed insulin or blood-sugar-lowering medications without having diabetes can cause blood sugar to drop to dangerously low levels. This condition, called hypoglycemia, can lead to confusion, shakiness, seizures, or loss of consciousness.
  • Delayed Actual Diagnosis: A false positive means the patient's actual illness—such as kidney issues, vitamin deficiencies, thyroid disorders, or infections—goes undetected and untreated. My father, Willie McClenton, died last year of kidney disease. My sister, Avis McClenton, died of liver and kidney diseases in May 2026. Could a false positive have hidden the fact that I could be next?
  • Unnecessary Dietary Restrictions: Patients may unnecessarily avoid healthy food groups (like fruits and whole grains), which can lead to nutritional deficiencies, unhealthy weight loss, or the development of disordered eating.
I could have been killed by this misdiagnosis. My blood sugar has never exceeded 200 or 300. I am not diabetic or need insulin today. 

Insulin is generally considered if your Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) count is consistently above 9% to 10%, or if your blood glucose levels frequently exceed 300 mg/dL. For most people with diabetes, the target A1c goal is to keep the number below 7%.

The nurses testified to my wife that I fought them. Stroke victims experience weakness primarily because brain damage disrupts the motor signals sent to muscles, resulting in a condition called hemiparesis. This loss of neural connection causes reduced muscle mass, prolonged inactivity, and severe exhaustion. The physical and emotional toll of the stroke, side effects from medications (like blood pressure or antidepressant drugs), and post-stroke depression can severely deplete energy and motivation.


Cherrydale Health and Rehab is a partner of MedStar. Is the nursing care different? I was assaulted by a nurse at Cherrydale. Arlington County Police arrested the nurse but the District Attorney dropped all charges determining that they would not proceed to Court. MedStar hired her back at Cherrydale. Does the apple fall from the tree? No! Who's going to believe you over the doctors and nurses? At MedStar, I was physically assaulted twice, sexually assaulted once, misdiagnosed diabetic, lost over 100 lbs., and was given physichiatric drugs without my knowledge or consent. Patient Abuse is real in America's medical and science community and I experienced it all before my 60th birthday.

Yes, patient or domestic abuse can lead to murder. In abusive relationships or care environments, violence frequently escalates over time. Try 2 1/2 years of inpatient medical admission at various MedStar facilities.

MedStar Family Choice is a subsidiary of MedStar Health, the region’s largest healthcare provider. It is a provider-sponsored Managed Care Plan serving DC and Maryland. In DC, it  provides services to individuals eligible for the DC Healthy Families and Healthy DC Programs. A managed health care plan covering a chronic stroke, bed-ridden, paralyzed patient. DC Health should have never let that happen. When the cost of care for my 16 hours a day, 7 days a week nursing care became too great for them, MedStar went before an administrative judge to ask that my 16 hours a day skilled nursing care be cut to 15 minutes. Don't laugh! Under Democrat justice in DC, they won. We were forced to switch to DC Medicaid. Profit over Loss in the medical and science community. Screw the patient's well-being. Damn the torpedoes! Full speed ahead! There is money to be made!




My quality of life has changed drastically since my patient abuse incident at MedStar. i remember MAGA gatherings at the Trump Hotel. To prepare for such events, I bathed in Royal Copenhagen perfume. I wore the finest double-breasted suit. We would laugh and ponder taking over Congress and the White House. Times were indeed glamorous. Now, I need two nurses to help me change my tee-shirt as I lay motionless on the bed that has held me captive for nearly three years.  Oh joy! My daily sponge bath! I once had a difficult time keeping up with e-mail. Now, I wait for merely a remebrance of my fellow MAGA warriors. I am more likely to receive a rejection letter from a DC Law Firm, denying the opportunity to represent me in the Courts of Men regarding my patient abuse claims, than to hear from my fellow warriors. I seek not pity or sympathy but empathy and reason. In empathy, I desire what the paralyzed  man in Mark 2 desired. I want friends who are willing to pay the price of their faith and lower me through the roof that I might be healed by Jesus. Can you imagine the faith of the paralyzed man's friends? First to believe that He had saving and healing power from God our Father. Faith to carry him to Jesus. To "Not give up, not give in, not give over" when they were blocked at the door. Oh, what faith! Then to tear the roof off the mother, to tear a hole in the roof long and wide enough to lower him through the roof to Jesus. Oh, what Faith! Can you imagine the costs of time, talent and treasure involved to heal a friend?  Nationwide, the average price of a new roof ranges from $5,800 to $16,000, with most homeowners spending about $9,500 to $11,000 for standard asphalt shingle replacements. Total costs typically land between $4 and $11 per square foot for both materials and labor. The Bible truth is not only about the faith of the paralyzed man. It is about the faith of friends and the Glory of God amongst men.

Suspect attempted murder is being concealed during a stroke hospitalization? You should bypass hospital administration entirely and immediately contact local law enforcement, as this constitutes an active criminal investigation. Secure Legal Representation! Consult a criminal defense or victims’ rights attorney to protect the patient's interests and ensure evidence is not mishandled. Trust me, I haven't been handled in years, investigate. But, DCMPD won't!

No, doctors and nurses cannot legally "get away with murder," but historically, some healthcare serial killers have evaded detection for long periods due to their unique access to vulnerable patients and lethal substances. While intentional killing in a medical setting is prosecuted as murder, systemic vulnerabilities have occasionally allowed medical killers to operate undetected before eventually being caught. Nurses consistently outpace doctors, teachers, and clergy in honesty polls because of their visible compassion, advocacy, and the amount of time they spend directly with patients.  The American Nurses Association (ANA) dictates a strict code of ethics that prioritizes patient safety, confidentiality, and integrity. Like my grandson, nurses couldn't possibly do any wrong! Why are nurses not above suspicion in one of the most dangerous environments in the world? 
  • Vulnerable Environments: Because nurses handle life-saving medications and have unsupervised, intimate access to vulnerable patients, they are subjected to rigorous oversight.
  • Legal Scrutiny: Nurses face severe civil and criminal liabilities for errors, which commonly include communication negligence, medication errors, and patient abandonment.
  • Regulatory Action: Every state has a licensing board (e.g., State Boards of Nursing) that actively investigates allegations of fraud, substance abuse, and boundary violations.
  • System Safeguards: Modern hospitals utilize strict checks and balances—such as electronic health records, dual-signature requirements for high-risk medications, and peer reviews—to prevent and catch errors.

Patient abuse and neglect in care facilities are heavily underreported to the Department of Health. Federal watchdogs, including the Office of Inspector General (OIG HHS Reports), note that up to half of severe harm events and notable percentages of physical and sexual abuse are never escalated by facility staff, often due to fear of retaliation, narrow definitions of harm, or systemic failures.

You would think, "Ken, just sue and get your just compensation. I know an attorney who settles quickly. He advertises during Judge Judy and late night on TNT. So he must be good! Call him today! He fights for the people." Firstly, legal settlement mills, I don't need. Secondly, I don't need someone that will litigate my stroke. I need someone that will represent me in the Courts and litigate my patient abuse cases. Attorneys frequently reject patient abuse claims lacking a police investigation because civil litigation is cost-prohibitive without a formal, objective record. A police investigation establishes a neutral paper trail, preserves critical evidence, and secures witness statements, significantly reducing the financial risk civil attorneys take when funding cases on contingency.While a criminal conviction or police report is not strictly required to file a civil tort, attorneys heavily rely on official investigations. Attorneys avoid me like a Chernobyl boar because DCMPD refuses to investigate my claim. 

Wild boars roaming regions from the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone to central Europe, like Bavaria in Germany, maintain unusually high levels of radioactivity, a scientific anomaly dubbed the "wild boar paradox". While initially attributed entirely to the 1986 Chernobyl disaster, research shows up to 68% of their contamination comes from radioactive fallout from 1960s Cold War-era nuclear weapons testing

DCMPD refuses to investigate my claims. DCMPD practice "arbitrary" policing rather than "statutory" policing. MPD plays a vital operational role in protecting the constitutional and statutory rights of crime victims by enforcing the DC Crime Victims' Bill of Rights. Their responsibilities include ensuring victims are treated with dignity and fairness, providing reasonable protection from the accused, and facilitating access to emergency services, victim advocates, and Crime Victims Compensation.



The DCMPD is under the direction of a mayor who once said,  “So you ask me what are we doing differently and here’s the truth. Wherever I have seen spikes in gun violence, throughout my tenure from ANC, to the council, to mayor We've literally thrown everything at the problem. And we watch to see what works and we adjust as we go along.” DCMPD faces significant scrutiny regarding the management of its Department, with mounting evidence of administrative challenges, data manipulation controversies, and record-high public complaints.

Statutory policing strictly bounds law enforcement to the explicit, written laws and regulations enacted by legislative bodies. In contrast, arbitrary policing relies on individual officer discretion, systemic quotas, or vague mandates, allowing for unequal enforcement and potential civil rights violations 

Arbitrary policing refers to law enforcement actions or policies—such as arrests, searches, or detentions—that are based on an individual officer's unchecked discretion, personal bias, or vague enforcement goals rather than strict adherence to established, objective legal standards. It undermines civil liberties and the rule of law.

Whether MPD in DC engages in "arbitrary" policing depends on how you define the term, but records and public policy debates reveal major issues with inconsistent enforcement, strict "no-chase" restrictions, and over-policing in specific neighborhoods 

DC residents and the Police Complaints Board have raised concerns that police sometimes selectively enforce traffic laws or avoid them entirely unless directed, resulting in low closure rates and a lack of accountability.

A report by the DC Auditor and the American Civil Liberties Union of D.C. highlighted systemic issues where some officers with histories of misconduct remain on the force, eroding community trust. DCMPD has a closure rate of 70% to 85%. However, the conviction rate is 56%. This figure factors in plea deals, where suspects are often convicted of lesser charges such as second-degree murder or voluntary manslaughter. Call it Democrat social justice or modern data manipulation. Oh, but watch out! DCMPD has only closed one of seven homicides in the month of May. Are we back to old times?

Recently, Lieutenant Hakeem Ayodeji sent me a letter backdated to January 17, 2023 in an envelope that was postmarked to June 16, 2026 that indicated that I was satisfied with all services that DCMPD had provided in reporting my patient abuse claim. Nowhere in the letter did he admit my dissatisfaction in DCMPD not doing an investigation. He failed to indicate that he advised me that DCMPD would not investigate the crime because "it happened so long ago". I was only sharing appreciation for them taking the report. Ayodeji and DCMPD are violating my 14TH Amendment Due Process Rights and my rights under the DC Crime Victims Bill of Rights. Sounds like data manipulation. Here's your next Police recruitment advertisement: "DCMPD. We Report Crime. We Just Don't Investigate!"

People backdate letters to retroactively validate an agreement, meet past deadlines, or falsely establish that a warning, offer, or termination happened earlier than it actually did. The last one for Lieutinent Ayodeji and DCMPD. While sometimes used simply to memorialize a past verbal agreement, doing so with deceptive intent is considered document fraud. 

The motivations and consequences of backdating range from administrative convenience to illegal fabrication.


MPD is explicitly responsible for investigating violent crimes in Washington, D.C. The MPD's primary mission includes responding to and investigating all major offenses—such as homicides, armed robberies, and aggravated assaults—before handing the cases over to the U.S. Attorney's Office for prosecution.

I spent months emailing DCMPD to come to my bedside at home to take a police report of the incident and investigate it. It was only after I emailed the DCMPD Complaint Board that I received any notice from DCMPD to act on my request. When they did act the motivations were to appease me and the Complaint Board and merely satisfy to report that the report was taken. Lieutenant Ayodeji assured me that DCMPD had no intent to investigate only to take the report. 

Policing agencies do not have a strict time limit for investigating a crime and can actively investigate cases for weeks, months, or years. The primary boundaries are determined by the statute of limitations, which sets the legal deadline for authorities to officially file charges. Many attorneys want some independent record before taking a patient-abuse case, and a police report can help, 

Recent corruption involving the MPD centers on systemic data manipulation and misreported crime statistics. In December 2025, Congressional and Department of Justice (DOJ) investigations revealed that former Police Chief Pamela Smith pressured commanders to intentionally downgrade or underreport violent crimes to maintain the appearance of low crime in the capital. 

Outside of data manipulation, MPD has faced recent public corruption scandals, including the conviction of high-level officials for time-and-attendance fraud and leaking internal intelligence to extremist groups. 


Reporting statistics accurately is significantly impacted by police investigations, as ongoing cases can alter the official classification of crimes, delay data entry, and lead to pressure from administration to manipulate numbers. These dynamics undermine the reliability of both local department records and federal databases. 
  • Investigations Alter Crime Classifications: As cases unfold, what initially appears to be one offense may be reclassified. For instance, a simple assault can be upgraded to an attempted homicide once an investigation establishes intent. If initial statistics are locked in before the investigation concludes, the final data becomes skewed. 
  • Administrative Pressure and Manipulation: Official metrics are often used to gauge police efficacy. Investigations have revealed instances where police leadership faces internal pressure to artificially lower crime figures—such as downgrading felonies to misdemeanors—to create a safer public appearance. 
DCMPD corruption extends from the roots to the fruits of local public safety.

Healthcare workers are significantly more likely to report incidents of workplace violence against themselves than to report patient abuse, a disparity driven by unique institutional cultures, fear of retaliation, and the normalization of daily stressors. 

Federal data shows that healthcare workers are at least four times more likely to suffer workplace violence injuries than employees in private industry overall. While incident reporting for workplace violence is climbing due to new prevention laws and advocacy, patient abuse claims decline and are unreported. How much easier it becomes for police not to investigate. Nothing to see here. Move along.


So why don't patients in a nursing home or hospital facilities instantly call 911? It's an excuse that they don't. Amazingly, I have no phone and e-mail communication is very unlikely with the MPD. I haven't had a phone since MedStar doctors and nurses urged my wife to take my phone away because I was reporting nurse misbehavior. She took and I have never been given a replacement phone. They certainly don't want patients communicating with the outside world and they can count on the absence of a patient's family and friends. 

Investigative reports by major news outlets like The New York Times and KFF Health News have repeatedly uncovered how patients can essentially become "captive revenue streams," subjected to unnecessary or even harmful practices for financial gain rather than medical necessity. So why don't you just ask someone to call? Damn old people! The power to resist getting involved is far greater than the willingness of many to get involved. The power to resist getting involved often stems from psychological factors like the bystander effect, a desire to avoid perceived risks or emotional drain, and a preference for maintaining personal comfort over collective action. This hesitation can overshadow the motivation to help, even when individuals possess the skills or resources to make a difference. Desperate for outside intervention, by email before Thanksgiving 2025, I sent a request to Maude "Maudie" Regenia Holt, the Administrator and Health Care Ombudsman for the Office of Health Care Ombudsman and Bill of Rights for the District of Columbia’s Department of Health Care Finance, to call the police on my behalf. She responded by wishing me a Happy Thanksgiving and advising that she would not. It would be far better if I got up and go to a neighbor's house and ask to use the phone. I believe that is quite a task to ask of a paralyzed, bed-ridden man. If only I could have gotten up. I asked the DC Fire Chief and DCMPD alum. ALL said NO! By email, I contacted the Mayor, City Councilmembers and Advisory Neighborhood Commissioners to no avail. Who is my neighbor? 

In Luke 10:25-37, an expert in the law asked Jesus, "Who is my neighbor?" Jesus defined a neighbor as anyone you encounter who is in need, regardless of their race, background, or social status. Rather than asking "who is my neighbor?" to limit your obligations, Jesus challenges you to proactively be a neighbor to others. There are no Good Samaritans in Social Justice DC government. 

This principle plays out across several key areas of Social Psychology: 
  • The Bystander Effect demonstrates that individuals are less likely to offer help to a victim when other people are present, as the perceived responsibility is diffused.
  • Organizational Behavior: Maintaining the status quo takes very little energy, whereas implementing change requires immense willpower to overcome systemic friction, bureaucracy, and human resistance.
  • Conflict Resolution: It is often significantly easier to avoid taking a side or getting entangled in a dispute than it is to invest the emotional labor required to mediate or solve it.
A phone call? Can you imagine Allen Iverson saying that.

It is easier to say, "I won't get involved." Or "Let the government do it!" We the People are Our Government. You are my Neighbor! Now tell that to your Christian bretheren. I have done Communion with my wife, alone, without clergy or ministerial staff since April 2025. Because hospitalized or institutionalized individuals are cut off from the outside world, these environments often conceal dangerous systemic issues. The systemic exploitation and lack of transparency.



Cover-up penalties for doctors, nurses, and medical personnel are severe, often involving federal imprisonment, significant civil fines, exclusion from federal healthcare programs, and revocation of professional licensure. These penalties apply to actions like hiding patient abuse, falsifying records, or concealing fraudulent billing.


The corrupt MPD violate my 14th amendment rights under the US Constitution and my rights under the DC Victims’ Bill of Rights.

If it can be proven that the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) deliberately fails to investigate or enforce the law in a discriminatory manner (e.g., selectively ignoring crimes based on race, gender, or neighborhood demographics), it can be challenged as an Equal Protection violation.

Violation of the following DC Victims’ Bill of Rights

The right to be treated with fairness and with respect for the victim's dignity and privacy.

The right to receive an order of restitution from the person convicted of the criminal conduct that caused the victim's loss or injury.

The right to receive information about the conviction, sentencing, imprisonment, detention, and release of the offender, and about any court order to seal the offender's criminal records.

The right to receive notice of the rights provided in this chapter and under the laws of the District of Columbia.

The right to be notified of any available victim advocate or other appropriate person to develop a safety plan and appropriate services.

Violation of Due Process

I was a victim of patient abuse at MedStar on December 21, 2023. I was unable to report the crime until Januuary 2026.  I was advised by Lieutenant Ayodeji that because the time is so great between the incident and reporting that DC Police will not investigate the matter. The duration between the violent crime was 2 ½ years less than the 3 year statute for reporting a property crime. In fact, in DC, for violent crimes charges generally must be filed within 6 years. For murder and manslaughter, DC requires no time limit. Severe crimes like sexual assault, murder, or kidnapping are more likely to be investigated regardless of the delay. 

DC has a statute of limitations of 3 years to sue for patient abuse which would be December 21, 2026 for me. Without a formal police investigation, DMV attorneys do not wish to prosecute medical malfeasance cases. Without formal investigation, I could lose my litigation and compensation rights protected by DC. Even if the report is old, it can still be investigated, or it might be used as intelligence to build a larger case.  

Lord, as I close, I SURRENDER TO YOUR JUSTICE. I will not be deterred. You know I fight these battles for my grandson. Shall he know the limits of liberty, freedom and justice in his generation. People ask, "Why not give up and let peace reign. Go silently into that dark, goodnight. " Lord, one of your children will tred the path I tred. Let my pursuit of justice make light their way to prosperity. Let my Faith be a light of freedom and liberty that their journey may be easier than mine and that they shall rely on You for their rest in their weariness. May those that tred this far in this cautionary tale that put their heart and soul to loving the least of those in your Kingdom be blessed amongst men. Amen.
