I DON'T WANT YOU TO LITIGATE MY STROKE; I WANT YOU TO LITIGATE MY MISTREATMENT BY THE MEDICAL AND SCIENCE COMMUNITY

I DON'T WANT YOU TO LITIGATE MY STROKE; I WANT YOU TO LITIGATE MY MISTREATMENT BY THE MEDICAL AND SCIENCE COMMUNITY

I had a stroke. Was it because of my sins or the sins of my parent. I can only tell that it was because it was to "give Glory to God". Or as the great Hillary Clinton once said, "What difference, at this point, does it make?" Her impassioned statement made during a January 2013 Senate hearing regarding the 2012 terrorist attacks on the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya. How many Americans died in Benghazt? Four Americans died and three to seven Americans were injured during the September 2012 attacks on the U.S. diplomatic mission and CIA annex in Benghazi, Libya:

  • U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens
  • Sean Smith (Information Management Officer)
  • Tyrone S. Woods (CIA security contractor/former Navy SEAL)
  • Glen Doherty (CIA security contractor/former Navy SEAL)

What difference does it make how they died. They're dead. I get your point.

It's not for the legal industry to litigate my stroke against the medical and science community. It is their responsibility to litigate against the medical and science community for its incidents of mistreatment of me by the medical and science community.

I had a stroke!

The disciples asked Jesus whether the man’s blindness was caused by his own sin or the sin of his parents. This question reflected the common belief of the time that suffering and disability were direct punishments for specific sins. John 9 reads:

1 And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth.

2 And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind?

3 Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.

4 I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.

5 As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.

6 When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay,

7 And said unto him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing.

8 The neighbours therefore, and they which before had seen him that he was blind, said, Is not this he that sat and begged?

9 Some said, This is he: others said, He is like him: but he said, I am he.

10 Therefore said they unto him, How were thine eyes opened?

11 He answered and said, A man that is called Jesus made clay, and anointed mine eyes, and said unto me, Go to the pool of Siloam, and wash: and I went and washed, and I received sight.

I had a stroke!

The medical and science community committed incidents of misconduct and misbehavior against me.

I am not asking the law industry to litigate my stroke. I'm asking the law industry to litigate the incidents of miscondoct and misbehavior done unto me.

But all I face is resistance from the :"settlement mills" of America.

"What are settlement mills?", you ask.

Settlement mills are law firms or legal operations that handle a very high volume of similar cases and push them toward quick settlements rather than deep litigation.

They’re often associated with:

  • mass torts or personal injury claims
  • heavy automation and template-driven work
  • fast client intake and case processing
  • emphasis on volume and settlement recovery over individual attention

The term is usually used critically, implying the firm may prioritize speed and profit over thorough legal strategy. If you want, I can also explain how they differ from regular contingency-fee firms.

The Settlememt Mills advertise during day=time television, late-night, commuter hours and on digital hubs. Settlement mills—high-volume personal injury law firms that aggressively mass-produce claims—advertise constantly and aggressively year-round to maintain a steady stream of new clients. Rather than seasonal campaigns, their marketing follows strategic daily schedules designed to catch people during vulnerable moments. They rely on a high-volume business model—processing large numbers of soft-tissue and minor injury claims to secure quick, formulaic payouts—their media buys are generally concentrated in heavily populated urban areas. They also frequently use catchy jingles, memorable phone numbers (like 1-800 numbers), and bold nicknames ("The Hammer," "The Strong Arm") to trigger quick recall when a potential client is stressed after an accident

Patient abuse is criminal, depending on what happened and where it occurred. It may also lead to civil liability, licensing consequences, and job termination. A patient abuse case requires a personal injury or medical malpractice attorney. Preferably, one of great expertise, experience and not a member of the Settlement Mill industry.

Yes. Settlement Mills want ease and dollar-cosi average case work. They don't want to be tied down in litigating heavy-duty criminal case law. Especially when the District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department (DCMPD) FAIL to investigste.

Settlement Mill attorneys ask questions about your "stroke" to disqualify themselves from taking your case:

Did you have a "heat stroke"? The judge would like to know that?

Did you eat cookies or graham crackers as a child in Sunday before you had a stroke?

Were you breast-fed or given Similac as a baby before you had a stroke? The judge will need to know that.

Did you have orange juice or punch Tuesday? The judge will need to know that.

You see you answered "yes" to those questions so we can't take the patient abuse cases. By the way, you had a stroke. The judge will need to know that.

I had a stroke. I am not asking you to litigate that! I am asking you to litigate the misconduct and misbehaviors I endured during my care from the medical and science community!

Jesus, the King of Justice, says stop focusing on the problem and start focusing on the remedy.

During my journey, too many have focused on the stroke and not enough on the patient abuse!

In law, it’s common for the legal system to address misconduct and mistreatment by medical and science professionals through routes like medical malpractice suits, professional discipline (licensing boards), civil rights claims, fraud/misrepresentation cases, and—when conduct rises to criminal levels—criminal prosecution.

Courts generally require proof of specific legal elements (duty, breach, causation, damages; or intent/fraud; or negligence; etc.), so some unethical behavior may not be litigated if it doesn’t meet the legal threshold or evidence standard.

I have been paralyzed and bed-ridden since my assault-patient abuse by a nurse and two orderlies that I prefer to call technicians. Yes, I am aware that I had a stroke! But my stroke did not patient abuse me.

I don't want you to litigate my stroke. I want you to litigate my mistreatment by the medical and science community.

But, why don't you tell the hospitals and let them handle it?

Patient abuse and neglect in care facilities are heavily underreported to the Department of Health. Federal watchdogs, including the Office of Inspector General (OIG HHS Reports), note that up to half of severe harm events and notable percentages of physical and sexual abuse are never escalated by facility staff, often due to fear of retaliation, narrow definitions of harm, or systemic failures.

Healthcare workers are significantly more likely to report incidents of workplace violence against themselves than to report patient abuse, a disparity driven by unique institutional cultures, fear of retaliation, and the normalization of daily stressors.

Federal data shows that healthcare workers are at least four times more likely to suffer workplace violence injuries than employees in private industry overall. While incident reporting for workplace violence is climbing due to new prevention laws and advocacy, here is why this trend outpaces reports of patient abuse.

Investigative reports by major news outlets like The New York Times and KFF Health News have repeatedly uncovered how patients can essentially become "captive revenue streams," subjected to unnecessary or even harmful practices for financial gain rather than medical necessity.

Because hospitalized or institutionalized individuals are cut off from the outside world, these environments often conceal dangerous systemic issues. The systemic exploitation and lack of transparency

Cover-up penalties for doctors, nurses, and medical personnel are severe, often involving federal imprisonment, significant civil fines, exclusion from federal healthcare programs, and revocation of professional licensure. These penalties apply to actions like hiding patient abuse, falsifying records, or concealing fraudulent billing.

I have a general rule, "Never trust the Hospital that injured you to remedy the Nurses and Doctors."

I thank God that He has given me the strength to carry out the task of being a Voice to the Voiceless! So many are silenced by patient abuse without the support of family, friend and foe. As a great Nurse once told me, "Who's going to believe you over the nurses and doctors!" GOD blessed me to survive.

I WAS SLAIN AT YOUR HAND
I WAS MADE ALIVE AT THE HAND OF GOD

I survived the following:

Patient Abuse Cases in VA and DC
MedStar, December 2023, Nurse and Two Technicians Attacked me causing major stroke leading to paralysis and becoming bed-ridden; Offered Black Label Metformin with No Alternative Offered; Because I Refused They Kicked Me Out of Hospital;
During Second Stay:Videotaped 24/7’ Sexually Assaulted by a Nurse; Bed Sores; Misdiagnosed Diabetic; Given Insulin Causing Weight to Fall from 275 to 140; Misdiagnosed Mentally Ill and Given Unneeded Rx; Hospital Altered Medical Records
Cherrydale Rehab, June 2024; Nurse assault, leading to me coming home; Continued Giving Insulin Unnecessarily

Still I Stand. I will fight for those silenced from fighting! We can say it together: I had a stroke!
