Long before Democrat Rahm Emanuel used this expression during the great recession of 2008, Sir Winston Churchill is credited with first saying, “Never let a good crisis go to waste.” He said it in the mid-1940s as we were approaching the end of World War ll. The expression sounds like such a contradiction, such an oxymoron. I mean what good could possibly come out of a crisis, right? Isn’t that why they call it a crisis in the first place? Winston Churchill and Franklin D. Roosevelt were instrumental in founding the United Nations (UN), originating from their 1941 Atlantic Charter, which laid out principles for a post-war world, and culminating in the 1942 Declaration by United Nations, where 26 Allied nations pledged to fight the Axis, adopting the "United Nations" name for their alliance and future peace organization. Their collaboration, particularly during conferences like the Arcadia Conference, established the framework for collective security and the UN's core ideals of international cooperation and lasting peace. The phrase "Never let a good crisis go to waste," widely attributed to Churchill, reflects a philosophy of seizing opportunities for significant change during turbulent times, often cited in discussions about the formation of the United Nations (UN) following World War II, as major global upheaval created an impetus for global cooperation and new institutions like the UN. While its exact first utterance isn't documented in his speeches, it embodies his wartime leadership and the idea that crises force necessary transformations, a concept linked to figures like Franklin D. Roosevelt (FDR) and subsequent global events. The UN is viewed as a complex organization with major failures, particularly due to the Security Council's veto power, leading to inaction on conflicts like Rwanda, internal corruption, and challenges in enforcing human rights, making it a subject of ongoing debate over its effectiveness versus its necessity.
Rep. Nancy Pelosi has frequently referenced Churchill, highlighting his American heritage (his mother was American), praising his wartime leadership, and noting the historical connection of his 1941 address to Congress to her own family's legacy in Congress, often drawing parallels between Churchill's defiance and modern struggles for democracy, including hosting Boris Johnson and marking Churchill bust dedications at the Capitol. In dedicating the Churchill bust to Congress and the Nation, Pelosi said, "“President Kennedy once said that in the dark days and darker nights of the Second World War, when the armies of freedom were being fought back on every front, Churchill ‘mobilized the English language and sent it into battle.’ That steadfast voice, rumbling with unending determination, served as the great beacon of hope for the free peoples of the world. Sir Winston Churchill’s resolve kept the hope of Allied victory alive. His image was the very face of democracy, defiant and undefeated at the crucial hour."
Speaking of a bust-Churchill-and a dud-United Nations, the Democrats have not allowed a good crisis-Summer of Love-and protests of President Donald Trump-go to waste-culminating in the January 6 Color Revelution at the U.S. Capitol!
Congresswoman Lauren Boebert (CO-03) released the following statement: "We should take Democrats at their word when they say never let a crisis go to waste. Their hypocrisy is on full display with talks of impeachment, censure, and other ways to punish Republicans for false accusations of inciting the type of violence they have so frequently and transparently supported in the past,” said Congresswomen Lauren Boebert. “And, once again, their false attacks go unchallenged. They accuse me of live-tweeting the Speaker’s presence after she had been safely removed from the Capitol, as if I was revealing some big secret, when in fact this removal was also being broadcast on TV. They act as if Republicans created objections to the Electoral College certification out of thin air, when it was Democrats who objected in 2001, 2005 and 2017. They act as though a reference to the founding of our country and the bravery of upholding our Constitutional oath is criminal, which says a whole lot more about them than it does about me or any other Republican. The reality is that Joe Biden didn’t condemn Antifa when he had a chance to, Kamala Harris spent much of the summer helping those arrested for violent behavior post bail and get back on the streets as quickly as possible, and Speaker Pelosi encouraged uprisings all over the country. I denounced the violence over the summer just as I did the recent events at the Capitol. I defended our Constitution and I always will. America will persevere because freedom always prevails. But let’s get real—the far-left and their policies are causing harm to our country. I refuse to let their political machine write a narrative that millions of Americans know is false."
On January 6, 2021 at the US Capitol, "WE THE PEOPLE" suffered a color revolution, not an insurrection, at the hands of the "uniparty" against the American people. Time will reveal the Truth! CNN and the Political Left disagree with me. Daniel Dale and Marshall Cohen in "Fact check: Five enduring lies about the Capitol insurrection" write, "The insurrection at the Capitol was not a false flag. Just as it looked on January 6, a mob of diehard Trump supporters stormed the building. They did so after Trump urged supporters to come to Washington and then, as we noted above, made a speech urging them to “fight like hell” and to march to the Capitol. The rioters’ allegiance to Trump has been exhaustively documented in court proceedings and in their social media posts and media interviews...Though there are thousands of pages of court documents stemming from criminal cases against January 6 rioters, no Capitol riot defendant as of the end of 2021 had any confirmed involvement in Antifa or Black Lives Matter groups. (One defendant who filmed the riot had expressed support for Black Lives Matter but was disavowed in 2020 by BLM activists, some of whom suspected he was a provocateur connected to the political right.) By contrast, hundreds of Capitol riot defendants were confirmed to be Trump supporters – and some were members of far-right extremist groups. Members of the Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys have been charged with conspiracy regarding January 6; some have pleaded guilty."
It is important to know what an insurrection is and what a color revolution is. The Democrats' narrative is January 6 is a "violent revolution" and MAGA-led Republicans believe the Democrats initiated a "color revolution" on January 6. An insurrection is a violent uprising against an authority or government. It typically involves a group of people attempting to overthrow or resist the established political order, often seeking to change the government or its policies.
Characteristics of an Insurrection
- Violence: Insurrections generally involve force or the threat of force.
- Political Motives: They aim to challenge or change political systems, often arising from perceived oppression or injustice.
- Public Support: Successful insurrections usually have some degree of popular backing or support from the community.
A "color revelution" is a descriptive term used by academics, media, and foreign governments—particularly Russia and China—to describe a series of often non-violent protest movements and resultant government changes in post-Soviet states and the former Yugoslavia during the early 21st century. In the context of the CIA and U.S. foreign policy, as alleged by various sources, the term broadly refers to a strategy or "technology" of external-backed regime change that utilizes a combination of non-military means and information warfare to achieve geopolitical objectives. The alleged methods involve fomenting domestic dissent, organizing activists through modern communication technologies (like Telegram or specialized software), promoting student movements, and leveraging local political instability to create pressure on the existing government. From the perspective of countries like Russia and China, "color revolutions" are seen as a form of "hybrid warfare" or modern "aggressive policy" that circumvents traditional warfare but is equally dangerous, often leading to long-term instability.
Key Phases of Planning
- Assessment and Strategy Development (3-12 months)
- Analyzing the political environment and levels of public support.
- Developing a clear strategy and identifying goals.
- Mobilization and Organization (6 months - 2 years)
- Building networks among activists and organizations.
- Engaging in grassroots organizing to increase support.
- Activist Training and Resources (3-6 months)
- Educating participants on nonviolent resistance and tactics.
- Acquiring necessary resources such as funds and materials.
- Launch and Execution (variable timeframe)
Actively protesting and implementing tactics can vary in length; some revolutions might succeed quickly while others may take longer to achieve their objectives.
Color Revolutions requires the foreign influence of domestic organizations. Color Revolutions take at least six months to iniate. If you question this, know that Code Pink is funded by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Mike LaChance of The Gateway Pundit in "State Department Says Far Left Group ‘Code Pink’ is Linked to the Chinese Communist Party" writes, "The State Department has just reported to Congress that the far left group ‘Code Pink’ is linked to the Chinese Communist Party." The activist group Code Pink protested Donald Trump's inauguration in 2017, planning theatrical demonstrations focused on peace and reallocating war funds, with activists convicted for disruptive conduct, while also being involved in recent 2025/2026 protests against him, notably at a restaurant where they called him "Hitler of our time" over Palestinian issues, sparking heated reactions and security concerns. "Code Pink," Antifa (anti-fascist movement), and the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement are distinct activist groups generally associated with the political left and center-left, but they are not formal, integrated organizations within the official structure of the Democratic Party. The connection is typically framed by critics as the Democratic Party "backing or excusing" these movements.
The political left generally favors international cooperation and global governance to address shared problems like inequality, climate change, and human rights, seeing it as promoting universal values and justice, often through strengthening global institutions like the UN, rather than a single world authority but rather a multilateral framework, contrasting with right-wing tendencies towards nationalism and unilateral action. While some on the left support cosmopolitan democracy or world federalism for global solutions, concerns exist about democratic deficits and potential tyranny, though these ideas often focus on strengthening global bodies, not superseding national sovereignty entirely. The political left seek to bow to the world and the political right seek the world to bow to it.
The Democratic Party is the main center-left political party in the United States, generally advocating for government intervention to ensure social welfare, equality, and economic regulation, contrasting with the center-right Republican Party; while historically diverse, the party has seen a shift leftward, with its base increasingly aligning with liberal and progressive ideologies, though internal factions like moderates remain influential, as noted by Brookings. The movement receives a significant portion of its funding through donations to various associated non-profit organizations and foundations. For example, the Open Society Foundations (OSF), a grantmaking network founded by billionaire George Soros, has provided substantial grants to organizations that support racial justice, including some affiliated with the broader BLM movement. However, claims that Soros "controls" or is the sole financier of the movement are misleading conspiracy theories. "Antifa" generally refers to a decentralized, global anti-fascist movement or ideology, not a single, formal transnational terror group. However, the U.S. government has recently designated specific, smaller militant groups associated with the broader anti-fascist movement in Europe as Specially Designated Global Terrorists (SDGTs). Antifa Ost and Three Other Violent Antifa Groups: Antifa Ost, Informal Anarchist Federation/International Revolutionary Front, Armed Proletarian Justice, and Revolutionary Class Self-Defense as Specially Designated Global Terrorists (SDGTs) and Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTOs) by the Department of State. In Marxism, the proletariat is the industrial working class, defined as the social class that does not own the means of production (factories, land, machinery) and must sell its labor power for a wage to survive. As the antithesis to the bourgeois capitalist class, they are exploited for surplus value, leading to immense poverty and structural inequality. Marx argued that this exploited group would inevitably develop class consciousness, revolt, and overthrow the bourgeoisie to establish a communist society. Karl Marx and Democrats, right!
ShutDownDC is an activist organization in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. It was formed in 2019 as a coalition of activists concerned with the climate crisis; the group has since staged actions to create traffic congestion in Washington as a means of demanding the Green New Deal and other climate-related issues. ShutDownDC has been supported by groups such as Code Pink, Black Lives Matter Global Network, and the Sunrise Movement. Other supporters include the D.C. chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America, Rising Tide North America, the D.C. chapter of Extinction Rebellion, the Chesapeake Climate Action Network, Beyond Extreme Energy, WERK for Peace, the D.C. chapter of 350.org, the Backbone Campaign, the Friends Meeting in Washington Social Concerns Committee, and the Labor Network for Sustainability, among others. Mayor Bowser faces ongoing pressure from D.C. activists and some council members to halt police cooperation with federal immigration authorities (ICE) and re-evaluate public safety funding, with groups like Free DC and Black Lives Matter DC criticizing her actions as performative or capitulating to federal demands, especially after events like the 2025 government shutdown and increased federal immigration enforcement, leading to calls for more local control and divestment from policing. Despite Bowser's repeated calls for the removal and defunding of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from local policing, expressing concerns over their tactics, especially masked agents and violent incidents, which she argues harm community trust and policing effectiveness in urban environments like Washington, D.C.. Her stance intensified after a fatal incident involving an ICE agent in Minneapolis, with Bowser advocating for Congress to cut ICE funding to stop their urban operations.
Mayor Bowser appointed Robert Contee as the Chief of the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) in December 2020, naming him acting chief, and he was officially confirmed in May 2021, with Contee being a veteran officer with over 30 years of experience who grew up in D.C.. Contee led the department through significant challenges like the pandemic and rising gun violence before retiring in 2023, leading to Bowser appointing a successor to continue public safety efforts. Contee retired from the DC MPD to accept a high-level position as Assistant Director at the FBI, a move he made for personal reasons (being closer to family, turning 50) and to achieve a broader impact on policing nationwide, offering federal resources and guidance, allowing him to avoid the constant demands and pressures of being on-scene chief in D.C.. He expressed pride in his service but sought a role with a wider scope, inspired by his own journey from a D.C. youth to a federal leadership position. During his time, police officers wore masks in response to the COVID pandemic. Irony or Hypocrisy? Nassim Moshiree, Policy Director, ACLU of the District of Columbia. sent a letter to Mayor Bowser demanding police wear masks to cover their faces. Moshiree wries, "Beyond the issue of PPE, we believe a public health crisis warrants a public health—not law enforcement—response. Therefore, officers should not be tasked with enforcing COVID-19 social distancing rules. Besides their intimidating approach setting the stage for tensions to escalate unnecessarily, officers themselves have expressed frustration at their inability to effectively enforce social distancing rules. MPD officers’ enforcement of these rules also contributes to over-policing, which typically falls on Black and Brown people. Instead, social distancing enforcement should be conducted by public health professionals and community leaders, such as health outreach workers and violence interrupters, and the District’s approach should focus on public education rather than intimidation and arrest." Why does ICE officers wear masks? ICE agents wear masks primarily to protect themselves and their families from doxing, threats, and increased violence, DHS reports show an over 800% increase in assaults against them. While critics argue this practice hides accountability, erodes public trust, and allows for potential impersonation, ICE maintains it is a necessary safety measure for officers conducting, at times, unpopular immigration arrests. Too bad "doxing, threats, and increased violence" are not a "public health crisis" to the Political Left. Death for doing your government job is not a risk for the Political Left, only if its ICE!
The Chief of the MPD in D.C. reports directly to the Mayor, as the MPD is the primary law enforcement agency for the District, and the Mayor, as the head of the executive branch, appoints and oversees the Chief. This direct reporting structure places the Police Chief under the Mayor's authority, managing operations, crime reduction, and public safety for the city. MPD Chief of Police is required to report to the Mayor of D.C., and this includes information regarding FBI terror warnings or other significant security threats. Yes, the MPD Chief reports to the Mayor, as the Mayor appoints them and the DC Council confirms them, making the Chief accountable for MPD operations, so any significant contact with the FBI, especially concerning federal law enforcement matters or potential corruption, would fall under the Chief's duty to keep the Mayor informed, as part of their direct reporting line. The MPD interacts with the FBI through various official channels and specific points of contact, not a single publicly named "primary contact." The most relevant MPD command staff for interagency cooperation with federal partners like the FBI are in the Homeland Security Bureau and the Investigative Services Bureau.
Key personnel and relevant divisions include:
Commander Duncan Bedlion, Homeland Security Bureau.
Commander Kevin Kentish, Criminal Investigations Division.
Commander John Haines, District Investigations Division. (Commander Haines is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy).
Assistant Chief Carlos Heraud, who oversees the Homeland Security Bureau.
Assistant Chief Kyle Ramey, who oversees the Investigative Services Bureau.
Commanders and Assistant Chiefs are senior leaders who report up the chain to the Chief of Police, who then reports to the Mayor of D.C., with Assistant Chiefs often leading bureaus or large patrol areas (like Patrol Services North/South), while Commanders head specific police districts or divisions, all under the Chief's overall executive direction.
Currently, Robert J. Contee III is the Assistant Director of the FBI’s Office of Partner Engagement (OPE), appointed in April 2023. He leads efforts to strengthen relationships, information sharing, and collaboration between the FBI and local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies nationwide. Contee previously served as Chief of the MPD in Washington, D.C.. The FBI's OPE builds and strengthens relationships between the FBI and various partners—including law enforcement (local, state, tribal, federal), the private sector, and public safety groups—serving as a primary liaison to improve communication, share intelligence, and coordinate efforts on mutual concerns like terrorism, cyber threats, and violent crime, enhancing overall public safety through training, initiatives, and unified engagement.
On January 8, 2021, infamously, Chief Contee said that a plain-clothes US Capitol Police officer is the one who shot and killed a woman inside the US Capitol Building. Officer Michael Byrd was in his standard Capitol Police uniform, not plain clothes, when he shot Ashli Babbitt during the January 6th Capitol attack, though he later revealed his identity after initially remaining anonymous for safety. He was identified as a {Link: United States Capitol Police Lieutenant and was defending the Speaker's Lobby at the time. One person, Ashli Babbitt, a protester and Air Force veteran, was fatally shot by a U.S. Capitol Police officer, Michael Byrd, during the January 6th attack.
The DC Mayor protects the U.S. Capitol primarily through coordinating the local Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), managing district resources, and collaborating with federal agencies like the Capitol Police and National Guard, though ultimate control of the Guard rests with the President, requiring the Mayor to request federal aid for major emergencies, a dynamic highlighting DC's unique federal-local governance.
D.C. Mayor Bowser requested National Guard support for January 6, 2021, but the city specifically asked for unarmed personnel for traffic management and crowd control, not armed law enforcement to engage protesters, a request that faced pushback from Army leadership and differed from later calls for armed troops at the Capitol. The initial deployment was limited, and the Army secretary reportedly resisted broader involvement, leading to delays in getting armed Guard units to the Capitol once the riot began, notes The Washington Post.
"We now know, through CHS reports and other intelligence, that the FBI had enough information to not only predict an attack on the Capitol, but to prepare for one," Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga. added. "So why did the FBI not take steps to protect the U.S. Capitol?"
"This document is evidence that Wray’s FBI predicted, as early as September 2020, that an attack on the Capitol was possible," he said. "It also suggests that the FBI infiltrate online chat forums and build a network of Confidential Human Sources (CHS) prior to January 6. It further outlines how the FBI should pursue heavy-handed prosecutions for minor offenses, which Biden’s DOJ carried out quite effectively after the attack."
Rep. Loudermilk (R-GA), who chairs a House subcommittee investigating aspects of the January 6, 2021, attack, has cited various pieces of testimony and reports to challenge the findings of the previous January 6 Select Committee, including the alleged presence and role of FBI personnel and informants.
"We now know, through CHS reports and other intelligence, that the FBI had enough information to not only predict an attack on the Capitol, but to prepare for one," he added. "So why did the FBI not take steps to protect the U.S. Capitol?"
FBI secretly prepared for disputed election and political violence in 2020, bombshell J6 memos show
What did Bowser and Contee know and when did they know it? Is this a cabal to obfuscate justice?
Bowser described the events of January 6th as a violent assault on the U.S. Capitol, calling for investigations into the failures and criticizing then-President Trump for summoning the mob and mishandling the National Guard response, though she used terms like "attack" and "security failure" more often than explicitly labeling it an "insurrection," she certainly characterized it as a violent uprising. She emphasized that Trump's claims about offering troops were false and that the city's police and National Guard were eventually deployed to protect democracy, contrasting with Trump's alleged inaction and rhetoric. Contee, then-Acting Chief of the DC MPD, described the events of January 6th as a horrific "insurrection" and "assault on the Capitol," testifying to Congress about officers engaged in hand-to-hand combat and the shocking lack of preparedness, even calling the Defense Department's response "tepid". He witnessed the violence firsthand, including officers being assaulted with bear spray, and stated law enforcement training doesn't prepare for such an event, calling it a "serious attack on our democracy".
Mayor Bowser requested the activation of the D.C. National Guard on December 31, 2020, before the January 6 Capitol riots. This request was for a limited number of unarmed troops to assist with traffic control and support the D.C. MPD during anticipated protests. The exact number of requests by Bowser for unarmed National Guard troops before January 6 is reported to be one, made ahead of the protests, with the National Guard's deployment being part of a broader coordination effort with law enforcement agencies concerned about potential unrest.
- Bowser requested 340 unarmed National Guard members to assist in traffic control and support police as part of a plan for the January 6 demonstrations.
- This was part of her effort to maintain a light police presence, contrasting with previous responses to protests in 2020.
A Pentagon memo released Friday offers these insights, as well as the first detailed timeline of the bungled law enforcement response to Wednesday’s insurrection.
- First Meeting - January 3, 2021: This meeting involved discussions on the upcoming certification and led to Bowser's request for the National Guard to assist in maintaining security. She noted that no additional military personnel were required beyond what was already in place.
- Second Meeting - January 5, 2021: As tensions escalated, further discussions took place. This meeting was reportedly focused on assessing risks associated with the rally that was scheduled for January 6, as well as confirming the readiness of local security forces in light of potential violence.
- Primary Responsibility: The U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) has primary jurisdiction for law enforcement and security within the Capitol Complex and for investigating threats against Members of Congress and their families.
- Interagency Cooperation: The FBI and USCP have overlapping authority to investigate threats and work in partnership with federal, state, and local law enforcement. The FBI communicates and coordinates with these partners, including through the USCP's Protective Intelligence Operations Center (PIOC), to share relevant intelligence and mitigate threats.
- Congressional Oversight and Reporting: The USCP Chief reports to the Capitol Police Board, which is composed of the House and Senate Sergeants at Arms and the Architect of the Capitol. This board is the formal body responsible for the Capitol Police's governance and for considering security recommendations.
- Information Sharing Gaps: Reports related to the January 6, 2021, attack highlighted significant communication and intelligence-sharing gaps between federal agencies like the FBI and DHS and the Capitol Police at the time, indicating that information flow was not always effective or comprehensive prior to that event.
- Ongoing Improvements: Following the attack, the USCP has focused on strengthening partnerships and formal agreements with other law enforcement agencies across the country and expanded its PIOC to better process and share threat information.
The last time D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser and Police Chief Robert Contee publicly testified about Jan 6 was in May 2023 before the House Oversight Committee, with transcripts released by the Jan 6 Committee in December 2022, detailing their experiences and requests for National Guard help during the riot.
Robert Contee's significant public testimonies about January 6th were in early 2021, notably February 23rd to the Senate (Rules and Homeland Security) and May 12th to the House Oversight Committee, detailing MPD's experience, criticizing delayed National Guard response, and highlighting officer injuries/deaths, with his last major testimony often considered the May 2021 briefing, though he later provided deposition testimony for the Jan 6th Committee.
PERJURY IS A BITCH1
Lying to Congress is a federal felony, covered primarily by 18 U.S.C. § 1621 (general perjury) and 18 U.S.C. § 1001 (false statements to the government), punishable by up to five years in prison, though potentially eight years if tied to terrorism or certain sex offenses, plus substantial fines (up to $250k for individuals). The key is knowingly making a material false statement in a congressional inquiry, whether under oath or not, to deceive the government, and it's a serious offense that can be charged even if other crimes aren't proven.
Perjury before Congress is a federal crime, primarily under 18 U.S.C. § 1621, punishable by fines and up to five years in prison, with the general federal statute of limitations being five years from the offense. Key federal statutes governing false statements, including those to Congress, are 18 U.S.C. §§ 1621 (general perjury), 1623 (perjury in federal court), and 1001 (false statements to federal government).
Perjury before Congress involves knowingly making false, material statements under oath, prosecuted under federal law (18 U.S.C. §§ 1621, 1623) with a 5-year statute of limitations, requiring DOJ approval for investigation/prosecution, often involving FBI investigation, and leading to fines/imprisonment (up to 5 years generally). Prosecution involves proving willful, material falsehood, with the DOJ's Criminal Division overseeing cases and the FBI investigating, following congressional referrals or discovery of evidence, with the goal of upholding government integrity, though rarely pursued due to complexity.
The Question: Were Bowser and Contee made aware of this evidence by FBI?
If so, they will look good in orange!
Also, Ashley Babbit's murder is pre-meditated and covered-up! Someone knew this was going down before we knew.
PERJURY IS A BITCH!
